Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally, and we cannot ship to freight forwarders.

Shipping rates

Free Economy shipping applies automatically when your order subtotal reaches $50.00 before tax. You may still choose Standard at $6.90 if you would like it sooner.

Lunarie Select Club

Select Club deliveries are charged separately from the rates above, because the membership price covers shipping, handling and membership — the jewelry piece itself is free. See our Terms of Service and Subscription Policy for full subscription terms.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing the next business day.

Delivery estimates run from the date your order ships, not the date you place it. Total time to your door is processing time plus delivery time.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves us. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show movement after it is issued.

Delays

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Carriers occasionally experience delays from weather, holiday volume or operational issues that are outside our control. If your order is significantly overdue, contact us and we will look into it.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery; a further shipping charge may apply. If you notice a mistake, email us immediately — we can usually correct it before the order ships.

Lost or undelivered parcels

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel, please check with your household and neighbours and allow 48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark parcels early. If it still has not appeared, contact us and we will help.
