Whether it is a question about an order, a piece you are considering, or your Select Club membership, we read every message that comes in and answer it ourselves.
We answer seven days a week, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST. Most messages get a reply the same day; if you write outside those hours we will come back to you the next morning.
Managing your Select Club membership
You can skip a month or cancel at any time, for any reason, from your account or by emailing us at hello@lunarieofficial.com. If you would rather we did it for you, email us and we will take care of it — cancelling stops all future charges.
Order questions
