About us

Jewelry meant for Tuesday, not just for occasions

Most fine jewelry spends its life in a box. It comes out for weddings and anniversaries, gets admired for an evening, and goes back in the drawer for another year. We started Lunarie because that always struck us as backwards. The pieces you love most should be the ones you reach for without thinking — on a Tuesday, with a sweatshirt, on the way out the door.

So we design for that instead. Every Lunarie piece is made to be worn often and worn easily: light enough to forget you have it on, finished well enough that you notice when you catch it in a mirror.

How our pieces are made

Each design begins as a drawing and is finished by hand. Stones are set individually rather than pressed in by machine, prongs are tightened and checked one at a time, and every piece is polished by hand before it is cleaned, inspected and packed. It is slower than the alternative. It is also the reason a Lunarie piece still looks like itself after a year of real wear.

We work in solid brass and stainless steel finished with a generous layer of 18k gold, and we use cubic zirconia and cultured stones chosen for their cut and clarity rather than their carat weight. We are deliberate about this, and we would rather tell you plainly than let a photograph imply otherwise: these are not mined diamonds, and they are not priced as though they were. What they are is well made, properly finished, and built to survive being worn every day.

Small batches, on purpose

We release in small runs rather than mass production. It means some pieces sell out and do not come back. It also means we can hold a standard that volume would quietly erode — and that when something is not right, it never reaches a box.

The Lunarie Select Club

The Select Club grew out of a simple problem: we wanted honest opinions from people who actually wear jewelry daily, not from a focus group. So we built a programme around it. Members receive a hand-selected piece every month and tell us what they genuinely thought — what they wore constantly, what sat in the dish, what they would change. That feedback shapes what we make next.

The jewelry itself is free. Members cover shipping and handling, and can cancel at any time, for any reason. Every piece is theirs to keep.
